BrightPIP

BrightPIP (Brighton Parent Infant Psychological Therapy) is a charity offering intensive support to expectant parents and those with newborn babies up until the age of three. Its vision is “to change the future for vulnerable babies, one baby at a time in Brighton and Hove”.

The Community Trust is supporting the charity’s work at the Moulsecoomb Children’s Centre, where it is helping vulnerable families experiencing anxiety, depression and isolation, and financial difficulties linked to increased food and energy costs and the cost of living crisis. The Trust’s three-year grant, totalling £10,500 and covering the period 2023-25, will cover the cost of 105 x 1-hour sessions of one-to-one parent-infant therapy.
